Here are some my favorite wellness tips:

  • Don’t schlep to a workout class and take 3 hours out of your day.  Just get a mini trampoline in your tiny New York apartment and follow Lekfit ala Busy Phillips style on your laptop.

  • Say yes to a million commitments.  Then when you feel completely overwhelmed, cancel all of them except for two.

  • Watch all the locations of Real Housewives on Bravo so you that can consistently remember that you may be crazy, but not THAT crazy.

  • Make to do lists for every single day.

  • Keep immodium, gas X, and cottonelle wipes in your bag at all times.

  • Try to keep the strict low fodmap diet while being the most annoying of all your friends at the restaurant.  And then probably eat onion and garlic in your food anyway.

  • Get a huge backpack for work so you can actually fit everything in it, but then have back pain every day because it’s so heavy.  And hit people with it on the subway too.

  • Go to a NuCalm session at ReCover.

  • Wake up over 2 hours before you need to leave your apartment for work every morning, but somehow are always still be a few minutes late.

  • As you get on the subway, take a deep breath and tell yourself you will be normal, but then turn to the tourist next to you and ask “WHY ARE YOU ON TOP OF ME?!”

  • Binge watch The Office.  Regularly. 

  • Drink wine with your girlfriends.

  • Put an alert on your phone to meditate every day but then never do it.

  • Spend money you don’t have on your astrologer, vedic astrologer, therapist, and massage therapist.

  • Force yourself to go on dates and then walk home by yourself smiling while you eat a CBD gummy.
